Can I retroactively invoice a period of employment via sallis?

How does the process work in detail?
This is how payrolling works for freelancers (Freiberufler)
- You are looking for a customer and agree on a gross wage or customer tariff (hourly wage, daily flat rate, monthly wage, project fee).
- You let us know your current situation via the project calculator, email or telephone.
- You will receive a detailed offer from us.
- You will then register with us online under the heading "Registration".
- We check the data and your employer's compliance with the minimum wage regulations.
- You will receive the contracts from us.
- You send us your report whenever you want (we have report templates).
- If we receive the report by 4 p.m., we will pay your wages the following day. The employee receives a confirmation SMS.
- We will send the invoice to your client.

- We coordinate the data acquisition with you

- You will receive the employment contracts for the employees from us
- You send us your report whenever you want (we have report templates)
- After we have received the report by 4 p.m., we will pay the wages on the following day. The employee receives a confirmation SMS.
- We will send you the invoice
What documents does sallis need from freelancers (employees)?
Freelancers need to provide us with:
- a CV
- a copy of a bank or Post card
- a copy of the new AHV card (or health insurance card)
- a copy of your ID or passport (for foreigners a copy of the valid work and residence permit)
Please send us the documents by email.
When will I receive my salary as a freelancer?
We pay wages every day, so you don't wait for pay days as with other providers. If we have the report by 4 p.m., we will pay the wages on the following day (provided everything is in order). The freelancer also receives a free SMS confirmation of the amount paid.
I have expenses. Is that ok?
Yes, of course. Please contact us in this regard before we create the contract. Fixed expenses must be mentioned on the contracts. We can also pay individual expenses (eg rail tickets, etc.) to you too. The costs are billed to the client 1:1.
Can I have several jobs in parallel when working for sallis?
This is fine with sallis. It is important that you work the maximum number of hours required.
I had an accident. What should I do?
Report the incident to us immediately by e-mail to info@sallis.ch. We also ask you to fill in the accident report and to send us the medical certificate.
I am sick. What should I do as a freelancer?
Contact us by e-mail (info@sallis.ch) if you have been ill for more than two days. We also ask you to send us a medical certificate. We need a doctor's certificate produced by a practicing physician in Switzerland.
Can sallis also handle project budgets?
sallis can process project budget orders. Contact us so that we can make you a tailor-made offer.
How does sallis aquire the master data?
Either we take your data with a corresponding form on or you sign up on our website.
