- Your client and the employee you have recruited discuss the offer we made and give their consent.
- We write up all contracts.
- After sallis receives the employee's approved time report, the employee gets paid his or her wages and your client receives the invoice (recruitment costs comprise payroll services by sallis + your margin).
- We will transfer the margin. This process is repeated until the assignment has been completed.
