Questions and answers about our payroll services
Find the answers to your questions.
What's payrolling?
Payrolling is a modern employment and accounting model whereby the employee (e.g. freelancer, contractor, temporary worker) is not employed by the actual client (company), but by a so-called payroll service provider. This offers numerous organisational and financial advantages to both companies and employees.
Who is the sallis payroll solution suitable for?
Payrolling is suitable for companies as well as for freelancers. One of the great advantages for companies is that the workforce can be managed flexibly, thanks to the payrolling service. External workers can be deployed in-house without much effort. The additional costs for administrative work are also saved. Freelancers benefit by being relieved of the bureaucracy typically experienced by the self-employed. At sallis, freelancers also enjoy the same insurance coverage as permanent employees.
